Our accommodation was set in a central location next to the restaurant and the public, Methven township, and Canterbury. We had a brand-new apartment with a comfy bed.

We absolutely loved this place! The location was perfect, just on the outskirts of town, close to bars and restaurants. We also appreciated how close it was to the supermarket, making grocery shopping a breeze. The view of the mountains in the morning was stunning and really added to the overall experience. The service was top-notch, with room service and grocery shopping service available. The laundry facilities were convenient, especially after a long day of skiing. We also enjoyed the tours and ticket assistance offered by the hotel. the staff at check-out were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
We recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

the rooms were bright and mine was neat with bedroom and great view and laundry. a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets was a plus. location: the hotel was so close to all town amenities and new zealand.

We had an excellent stay at a resort in an ideal location, with neat, clean, and warm rooms that met all our family's needs. The management went above and beyond to accommodate us when our plans were disrupted by our daughter's illness, showing genuine care and courtesy. I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall had fairly nice stay with there awesome service. This location was good, so close to restaurants and bars and the shops and ski field and a tennis court. Furthermore, very close to supermarket.

The resort is conveniently located near all town amenities and the onsite restaurant, Shackleton's, offers delicious food. Children can enjoy the small play area situated onsite. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and clean with well-stocked kitchenettes.
Guests were disappointed that some basic amenities were not provided, such as floor heating in the bathroom and a functioning hairdryer.

Friendly and helpful housekeeping staff. Rooms had everything we needed with free mini golf and tennis. Seamless check-in/out. Great heating and a small play area onsite. Delicious and reasonably priced food in the restaurant.

Great place to spend Thanksgiving! We were pleasantly surprised with the complementary bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us in the cozy room. Convenient location close to the town center and beautiful nature trails for hiking and exploring the area. The highlight was the stunning views of the mountains from the balcony.
The spa pool was chilly and not enjoyable during the cooler weather. we were disappointed to find that the restaurant and bar were closed during our stay.

Great little kitchenette and comfortable beds. Convenient location with walking distance to bars and restaurants. Ski bus pick-up from the hotel made it easy to reach the mountain.
Room was a bit small and not serviced during our stay. Had to ask for more toilet paper and detergent.
